I’m Sarah Adlington – Executive Coach and Counsellor

I work with leaders, managers, and business owners navigating the demands, complexity, and pressure of leadership.

When you’re carrying significant responsibility, the challenge is rarely capability.
It’s the weight of decision-making, the complexity of people dynamics, and the constant expectation to perform – often without space to step back and think clearly.

My work provides that space.

My qualifications are Master of Bus (HRM), Grad Cert Counselling, BA (Psych) with a background spanning Human Resources and Organisational Development in Fortune 500 and ASX200 firms, and clinical counselling. I bring both a strong understanding of organisational realities and a depth of insight into human behaviour and change.

This allows us to work not only on what you do as a leader, but how you think, respond, and show up – particularly under pressure.
